- Please do NOT use any kind of "Pay Later" app (Apple Pay Later, Klarna, etc)
Preorders
- Due to several unexpected delays in production, pins can now take from 3 to 7 months to be made.
- Preordering means you're ok with this
- Pre-orders cannot be cancelled as the funds will have been sent to the manu.
- Preorders cannot be cancelled due to buyers remorse.
- In stock items purchased with preorders will ship once the preorders arrive. If you want them faster, please buy them separately.
- Preorders will ship once the pins arrive to me and I grade them, this can take a week extra.
- A grades will go to preorders always.
- I will update as soon as my manu sends me photos or info and will post it on my IG stories/discord server !
⭐ Resell/Trade Policy ⭐
- It is prohibited to trade or sell our pins within 30 days of purchase.
After those 30 days, you are free to trade and sell our pins.
- You may not sell our pins for more than double the price that you payed including shipping.
- Selling and trading before the 30 period will put you at risk of being banned from the store.
In-hand items
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be shipped. I'm only one person and I'm trying my best to ship orders quickly. thank u for understanding!
Inquiries:
- If you received the wrong product, please contact me so that I can ship you the right one! I will give you a return label so you can send back the wrong product.
- I will send the correct product once I see the tracking updating!
- Please allow up to 3 days for email/DM response. I usually answer really fast but sometimes it won't be possible.
- Any unnecessary rudeness or intolerant behaviour will get you banned from the store.

Refunds
All pre-order sales are final. If theres something you'd like to change (add another item, change address before shipping) you can ask me via Email or contact form :)!
Returns
Mermeladazul does not accept returns. All orders are final. If you received a damaged item, please take a photo of it and contact me using the Contact form, sending an email to mermeladazul1@gmail.com or IG Dm to find a solution!
However, if its a shirt, i would happily exchange it for another size (if available) if it doesnt fits you! Please note that you'd have to pay shipping.
Mermeladazul cannot replace or offer a refund for lost orders.
Mermeladazul is not responsible for stolen packages. Please make sure you keep track of your package via the tracking number. (If package says "Delivered" I cant do anything sorry! It would be better to contact your local post office.)
Price adjustments
- Mermeladazul does not offer price adjustments.
